‘Emirates crews extremely fatigued’: Exhausted pilots tell RT of disturbing conditions

It’s so sad that Emirates Airline managers were warned in more than a year and a half ago that public will soon know about the bad treatment of their employees and the violation of labour rights and that their image and brand will be ruined. They’ve got that advice as a threat when they should have got it as an advice in a good will and do everything to improve working conditions.

It is really a sad news cause other innocent lives had to pay the price. This chapter would still be going on if no one put an end to pilots suffering. All of EK fleet are long range and precisely the A380 and Boeing 777 even with a double cockpit crew on board to legalize them as set by FAA/CAA however, fatigue and bodyclock changes can ruin the body!! Passengers need at least 2 days to recover from jetlag but within 2 days, the pilots would be flying back to Dubai and another 2 days would be flying again!! This is the pilot life in Dubai.

How shameless you buggers ( Management) are in Emirates. Make people work to a point that will effect their health.

How dare you say that. We EK managers have huge targets to meet to get our bonuses you know. We need to pay Dubai’s debts. We are brilliant managers. We have an airport open 24 hours a day seven days a week, a regulator incredibly close to our owners, no Labour Law to get in the way. Our owners own all our accommodation, supply and monitor our Internet and phone calls, and take our leave from us. We care nothing about safety. Now shut up with your moaning. Pay the money for a ticket. And travel. Inshallah you will get there safely. Keep Discovering

What do you mean, meaningless? We are mean and we don’t care less. Hence meaningless. Please leave me alone as i am sitting in Costa thinking about my next lie to the International Press and another way to screw those moaning fatigued staff members. If you don’t, I will send you a warning letter…..

So, little one. You dare mess with me, A British God, I mean Managah. So, I am going to terminate you, write to your embassy, file a false police case and withhold your end of service benefit……What are you going to do? You could open a website with nearly 1.1 million views that totally reveals the cheating deceitful dishonest poor excuses for people that we are as EK Management. We will then write to the ISP hosting your blog demanding to close your site down even though we have no legal right to do so. Sorry for the rant and thread jump. I am fatigued writing all those warning letters…….

NBJ It has taken many years of hard work, I failed all my exams at school. I went to Dubai and met up with some of my equally well qualified fellow Brits and became an EK Managah. I was over qualified in that I lacked all integrity, was and remain a racist and a bully, and was prepared to sell myself for a big bonus hoping that the company didn’t have a hull loss when I was there. I am totally and utterly incompetent and know I will never get a job elsewhere as I am well and truly spoilt goods. My Indian secretary wrote the above as I am illiterate. In the wake of recent complaints about safety we decided to address these issues as safety is of paramount importance to us. Effective immediately our FA skirt lengths will be shortened by 3 inches and to slim/tight fit. This is based on reviews by major section of our passengers, Indian males. Hope this will address recent concerns and Indian males would continue fly us in droves.

Lets be honest, nothing is going to change. They say they will change policies and procedures but nothing ever changes, at least when changes are implemented that its not in favour of the employee’s – always the company! As they say, you should feel lucky to have a job!

A lot will change. These cheeky chappies at EK are stealing US and EU jobs through false subsidies and sharp labour practices. They are cropping themselves they will be found out as modern day slave masters. Hence why Clark won’t sue in the US. He knows it will be all over for him and the lies.
