Before I go to celebrate New Year’s eve I just wanted to send special thank you note to all the people who participated in the termination of my employment out of fear that they will actually have to do their jobs and appreciate their employees for bringing them much money and bonuses each year.
I may not be able to find a New Year eve’s dinner for 2 AED, but since I didn’t get even that much at the end of my service I have nothing to worry about tonight. As old saying in Serbia says: No money, no problem. Hope you will not abuse this saying as you are abusing the “you always have the choice to leave” one.

I wish you not to send sick people home without any compensation, not to terminate people who ask for dignified working conditions, not to threaten your employees with punishments and prison and I really wish you more love and sense of responsibility for all of those employees who didn’t have the luck to be local or to have western passports.
To all of my readers: Happy New Year, be strong, always defend your rights and dignity and see you next year. Same place, same time.

I found a job. I am looking forward. I am moving on.
But I will not stop writing this blog because bullies are always hoping that they will get away with their bullying, molesting more and more people.
As long as I am getting comments like yours I will keep writing because then I am certain that you have no clue what this blog is about. Some people have perspective of life broader than their own asses.

So, if you know that I am fighting for human rights here, why do you want me to stop writing the blog? You are, therefore, aware that Emirates is violating them?
Well, when you didn’t do anything wrong, when you didn’t violate anyone’s contract and when you didn’t bully anyone, it’s easier to find a new job. My new employer knows how to appreciate that.

Just like shaking you more and motivate you more to write ,Coz if you do not get such comments you may get bored and demotivated..

I don’t know what makes you talk like this Anonymous!!! This blog will continue as long as there are injustice and bullying inside EK….Every staff should have a secure job as per the law and regulations….if you read the stories here or if you just ask yourself why your friends at EK are so grateful to Dragana, you can understand why and what this blog is all about. The good thing is after putting a story, there would be an immediate positive change…I agree that no manager have the courage to discuss or comment on the “story” but at least your friends are living the change.
Dragana doesn’t create stories, Dragana is putting a real stories with facts that happened inside EK. Unfortunately, I didn’t meet Dragana in person its all just talks out the blog but I think EK has lost one of its “capable” staff that is better than who are sitting behind desks at EK!!! She wasn’t given a chance to show her “capability” since she was a grade 4 “Check in agent” staff.
There are more and more stories yet to come and all what you have to do is just keep reading and very soon keep watching!!!

Ekas Duty officers need to under go mental evaluation….
Mohhamed kechap has been bulling staff calling staff to the Duty officers office and bulling them….opens up your profile on HR direct and asks you how you got the job..He even has the gats to say he was higherd as ASM and should not be dealing with Duty officers issues…
He keeps threatening staff and has his spies who colaborate with him in his evil agenda… and duble standerds in dealing with staff.
Some one should look into this issues without fail.
